However, many unprepared and less equipped leader must lead their organization through this VUCA world. Implementing a change effort means doing work in new ways. Even when the expected results of such a change are well understood and senior leaders has high levels of confidence in the outcomes of the change in business operations, there will be significant pushback by the forces of day-to-day operations.
In this program, you will learn about step by step process in Leading Change that must be in place to ensure successful change. You will explore and practice how to get and keep people on board and supporting change, from building sense of urgency until make the change stick to your organization.
You will explore how to get and keep people bought in to and actively supporting a change by learning what true urgency looks like and what leaders of change need to do to build, communicate and maintain it. You will learn to adapt your own “change style” to peoples’ different communication needs as a way to build buy-in across a range of personalities. Applying the principles for building urgency, you will work with different types to establish momentum for an idea or a current change initiative.
